SMS Consent & Messaging Disclosure

What messages we send
We send transactional SMS messages related to customer-requested actions, such as:
- Secure links to book or manage appointments
- Secure links to complete intake forms or provide required information
- Confirmations and reminders related to those requests
- Support/help responses
We do not send marketing messages unless you have explicitly opted in to marketing separately.
How you opt in
You opt in to receive SMS messages when you provide your mobile number and request that we text you, for example during a phone call (including calls handled by our AI receptionist) or via our website form where SMS consent is presented.
By providing your number and requesting a text, you consent to receive SMS messages from us for the purposes listed above.
Message frequency & costs
Message frequency varies based on your requests (typically 1–3 messages per request/appointment). Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt out / help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You can get help by replying HELP.
